This might be a proof that the annoying online surveys work, sometimes. Many months ago, I remember taking a survey from Google. They asked if I had any comments that will help in improving the experience of using the gmail account. Very casually I mentioned that it would be nice to have a system where the emails are automatically sorted into folders so I don't need to go through the pain of assigning them to their respective folders. And voila! Here we have Google sorting my emails for me. Happy and impressed because my suggestion was considered. :D
